Buying & selling

Open the listing and use the enquiry form or contact options shown. Your message is routed to the listing party (and our team where configured) so they can respond. Include a phone number if you would like a quicker callback.

Not necessarily. Published prices are for guidance and marketing. The seller or landlord may negotiate, change the price, or withdraw the listing. Confirm the current asking price and terms directly with the listing contact before you make decisions.

Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, properties are offered by third parties. We operate a marketplace and marketing platform; we are not automatically a party to your sale or lease. Your contract is with the relevant seller, landlord, or their authorised representative.

Verify legal ownership and encumbrances, land rates and service charges, physical condition, boundaries, planning or user restrictions, and all material facts with your own lawyer and valuer where appropriate. Do not rely on photos or descriptions alone.

Rentals

Submit an enquiry on the listing or call the number provided. The landlord or agent will propose times. Arrive on time, bring identification if requested, and ask about deposit, rent due date, utilities, and house rules before you sign anything.

Yes. Availability changes quickly. Another tenant may pay a deposit first, or the owner may pause marketing. Treat online status as indicative only until you have a signed agreement and any agreed payments cleared according to your lawyer’s advice.

Listings, agents & developers

Use Add listing to start a draft. Approved agents, developers, and invited delegates can publish subject to our listing terms. If you are unsure which path applies, contact us and we will guide you.

The person or organisation publishing the listing is responsible for the information they submit. We may review, edit formatting, or remove content that breaches our rules or misleads users, but we do not guarantee that every field has been independently checked.

Visit Apply as a partner, choose the role that fits you, and submit the form. Our team reviews applications and will follow up if we need more detail.

Using the website

No. You can search and view public listings without registering. Creating an account may be required to save favourites, manage your own listings, or access partner dashboards.

Email customercare@finlay.co.ke or use Contact with the listing link and a short description. We take fraud and misrepresentation seriously and will look into credible reports.
